Rescue organizations handled nearly 600 calls for help across the state, mostly for building damage but also for collapsed vegetation and water accumulation.

Meteorological Predictions
Humid circumstances were predicted to continue along much of the state's eastern regions this week as a low-pressure trough continued to pull in damp air against the shoreline.
Tuesday was expected to become the wettest day, with persistent storm activity anticipated across various areas of both states.

Health officials cautioned that there was an higher risk of epidemic thunderstorm asthma across the state's northern country region, specifically given the ongoing climate situation.
